We deliver in the mornings between 8.30am and Midday. Collections start at 5pm. For indoor hires, we will arrive at your venue in a pre-booked 15 minute 'window'. For overnight hires, we expect to collect your equipment between 10am and Midday.

Our priority at Bouncy Castles London is safety of users. Along with £5 million Public Liability Insurance, we provide a safety sheet with every hire, and we are a member of the British Inflatable Hirers Alliance. Please see the FAQ's page for further details.
