FAQ's

Q: Do you hire bouncy castles all year round?

A: Yes we do! However, between 1st November - 31st March, we only do indoor hires.

Q: We need a bouncy castle for today. Can you help?

A: Call us! If we are able to supply a bouncy castle, then we will! Please note though, we will only accept a booking if we can guarantee that you will have the bouncy castle for the minimum hire period!

Q: Do you need a power supply?

A: Yes we do. A mains socket is required to power the electric blower, and must be no more than 25 metres away from where the bouncy castle is to be sited.

Q: Do you have bouncy castles for indoor hire?

A: Yes we do, providing the room is large enough!

Q: What happens if the weather forecast is bad on the day of the hire?

A: We will call you on the morning of the hire if prolonged rain or high winds (over 25 mph) are forecast. If we have to cancel due to the weather, unlike many companies, we will not charge you. This does not apply to indoor bookings.

Q: What happens if there is a rain shower during the hire period?

A: Once everyone is off the bouncy castle, turn the electric blower off at the mains. Once the shower has passed, the power can be turned back on, and when the castle is fully inflated again, a towel must be used to dry the castle off.

Q: Access to the garden is a little tricky; is this a problem?

A: Not necessarily, but when calling to make a booking, please give as much information as possible with regards to narrow gangways/doorways, and any steps or steep slopes etc.

Q: There are parking restrictions where we live; is this a problem?

A: No it shouldn't be, but again, when calling to make a booking, please give as much information as possible with regards to prices for any pay and display bays, how payment needs to be made (card/cash/phone) etc.

Q: Do we need to set the castle up?

A: No! We come and set the bouncy castle up, and at the end of the hire period, come back and pack the castle away, causing as little disruption to your day as possible.

Q: Do children need to be supervised whilst on the bouncy castle?

A: YES! Children must be supervised at ALL times by a responsible adult whilst they are on the bouncy castle!

Q: Can Bouncy Castles London provide a marshall for the hire period?

A: Yes. The price is £20 per hour.

Q: Are there any hidden costs?

A: No! Unlike many companies, the price you see is the price you pay! Many competitors may advertise a similar bouncy castle to ours at a cheaper price, but once delivery costs etc are factored in, their castle may very well end up being more expensive to hire!
