  Hugh is lovely and very helpful indeed. Arrived on time, set up and cleared the castle for us, all with a cheerful smile. The castle was great. We hired one with a slide which was a big hit with the children - a party for a three year old and her friends. Everyone has asked for contact details as dealing with Hugh was so straightforward. Recommend.

  I would like to say a huge thank you to Bouncy Castles London. I hired the Frozen castle and soft play and I was extremely pleased with the package. Hugh came on time to set-up and returned exactly
